Do you Think you can get me a log?

1. Start the app, without signing in.

2. Bring out the charms menu -> click settings -> view logs -> scroll to the bottom and click "Clear logs"

3. Sign in to the app and produce the crash

4. Start the app again, bring out the charms menu -> click settings -> view logs -> and select the application crash log.

TIA

Hi,

I have the same problem.

The app opens and detects my server. But once I choose a profil and try to connect, the app crashes.

The app just updated and I am getting the exact same thing. I can't get into the app long enough to do anything. Is there another way to get you the log files?

I'm not using MB Connect and it may not matter but I currently can't run the latest MBS version so I am still on 3959.

I just have Windows 8.1 on a laptop, so I may be able to do more then the people on a Surface RT in getting info/details if you can tell me what you need.

The problem is not a app-license, it's a user license. Have you paid for the app or is it an expired trial?
