Non Admin users and editing Collection Order

  As it stands now if a non admin users want the change the order that the collection show up they can't as the edit button doesn't show up.  

 

And example of this is need it this.

 

I have an admin user that has a Personal media library, and I have 4 other non-admin users that use the default library.  in this configuration there doesn't appear to be any way for the admin to edit the default media library order,  Or have a user have the ability to edit/modify it for their liking.

If you temporarily give the user admin access, you (or they) can re-order the collections.  Once they are in the desired order, just take away admin access again.

We have a long-standing feature request to allow editing of the collection sort order on the page where you define the collections.  That is the most logical place to do this anyway and would solve this issue.  Just haven't gotten to it yet.
