Chris Jones 13 Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 A few times now i've gone to access the web ui and there's been no response, looking on my server, the service has stopped and windows event log shows it has failed many times. I've attached the server log and i guess more importantly the unhandled log file. I haven't been watching any media recently, mainly just adding content. I'm currently on version 3.0.5395.0 and have just noticed there is a newer version that i can install which i'll try. do you know if it will fix the issue or not? Then run a box set creation (this can be done manually from the config page of auto box sets) and post that server log if you don't mind. I just want to make sure it is working as it should. Thanks.
