Hello,

I am not sure if there is support for Emby Premiere version 4.8.4.0

Have you tried playing that item without subtitles selected or obtaining external text-based (srt) subs? Alternatively, you should get rid of those excessive number (40+) of embedded subs, mkvtoolnix or similar tool or community-made plugin

Hello GrimReaper

I removed all subtitles except one. I have tried to play the video with no subtitles also.
There was no improve.

Thanks!
Gabe

And here is the video file after eliminating the subtitles using mkvtoolnix.
Same results.

This session lasted less than half a second before Exit command received. You should give it a bit more time upon playback start.

[q] command received. Exiting.

. Exiting.

Alternatively, you can remux that audio stream to AAC (so Chrome would Direct play it) or AC3 (so MS Edge would).

I gave as much time as it needed.
Here is the print screen with the error, and I dont think it is from the movie...
Should i keep that error window more time?

From that last log can't say why it's failing, it ain't throwing any errors. Maybe it's a bad encode, maybe ffmpeg doesn't like something about it, as it should be a breeze for your RTX 3050.

I ran the conversion, and it's playing now. I used the original source with 40 subs.

Thanks,
Gabe

The only issue for your dev team to find out. @softworkz
On Samsung TV, it keeps loading in the loop, but on Sony TV, it's starting normally.

Thanks,
Gabe
