In my Emby library, there is this option, but it only works for movies, not for TV series.

Hi, this option gets passed to MovieDb, so you'd need to configure MovieDb as your highest priority fetcher on your TV library.

Please note that for some series you might be better off with tvdb, so I would suggest separating your adult tv library from your regular tv library so that they can each have their own settings.

Indeed, that's what I did. I found through testing that even if I put the highest priority of The Movie Database, when the library type is TV shows, adult results cannot be found through keyword searches, but they can be found by entering The Movie Database ID
