emby server creates libraries and I can't delete them

at first there were 3 of them, now there are 28)))

and the server creates a high CPU load 20-30% (Ryzen 5800X), all time...

There as several topic on camera upload causing issues and creating multiple libraries.  I have yet to run into not being able to remove each one by one from the UI though.

Only other way if you can't remove them in the UI would be manually digging around in the database and and removing them for all there linked tables.

But the devs are looking into this.

I tried, the server starts doing something, the processor load increases, and... nothing happens)))

Tell me how to delete them using tables?

I deleted the download folder, the server created 3 new libraries with a new path C:\Users\Flest\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Serv...
and I can delete these new libraries, but the library with the old path "P:\Photos Uploads" is not deleted

It doesn't help if you still have camera upload enabled though as the issue still happens when new items are added.  

Testing with only one present did not add additional libraries in my test.  It is a issue starting with none.

But you have to find the ids in the Mediaitems table or the parentid from the url for each library, then remove that id from ancestorids, itemextradata, itemlinks2, useritemshares, then finally mediaitems table.

Ensure you have a backup of your library.db though.

The ones with the custom path I am not sure as it sound like a old and new config exist.  As for files well they have become obsolete as almost all configs have migrated to database only.

That means there is a table with the id still in it so the row can not be deleted

Now back to the first image for the library as you have linked items to that location.

So there is no easy answer here ass all your uploaded images will be linked also preventing the removal of the library.  But yes it can be done.

no images, all libraries are empty

ok let's try - librory parentId=435922

finded all records "MediaItems" like 439270, 439271, 439272, 439273...

delete all from "AncestorIds2"

delete all from "ItemExtradata"

delete all from "ItemLinks2"

delete all from "UserItemShares"

back to "MediaItems" and try delete librory, and... i cant )))

save the database and start the server. the libraries are still there, but the folders are gone)

Well since they changed to Mixed Content you should be able to delete/remove them in the UI.  But you are not getting all the linking.

Your images are mixing 43522 and 43523 so it is impossible to say.

In the Name column of MediaItems table are you filter cameraupload and then camera upload to see id?

Have you filtered the MediaItems Path column for cameraupload to see id?

rename all 28 librires - find all 28 IDs

delete all from "AncestorIds2"

delete all from "ItemExtradata"

delete all from "ItemLinks2"

delete all from "UserItemShares"

back to "MediaItems" and still cant delete thems

Is there any way to save server statistics? "Playback Reporting" and "Statistics" plugins

Or is it better not to do this and do a clean installation?

What about the camera upload? Until you find the cause of the problem, is it better not to use it?

The other option is to remove all of the libraries that have been deleted, but that would have to be done one at a time.

I believe if you uncheck the option in server camera upload settings to create a subfolder for each device, then it might not happen again after that.

I think you just need to give it time to finish deleting entries from the server database.
