Resume does not work for recordings in Apple devices. Works on others.

Hi,

I am running Emby Sever v4.8.3.0 Premiere in Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS in an Geekom computer with an Intel i5-1240P CPU.

The "Resume" function for finished recordings (not ongoging) NEVER works in Apple devices. I have tried in:

• Apple TV 4K 3rd generation running tvOS 17.4 (21L227). Emby v1.8.5 (1)
• iPad Air 5th gen running iPadOS 17.4.1. Emby v2.2.17
• iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.4.1. Emby v2.2.17

The "Resume" function DOES WORK as expected, however, in:

• Emby Theater for Windows v3.0.20
• Mozilla Firefox 124.0.1 and Google Chrome 123.0.6312.86 in Windows 11 23H2
• Fire TV Stick (3rd Gen). Fire OS 7.6.6.9. Emby v2.0.98a
