"Now playing" section still shows movie playing after almost 2 weeks

Hello, I've seen this on my dashboard for a while now and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. I have restarted the server multiple times as well as restarted the server computer a couple times. I don't think that its causing any issues with the computers performance or anything else on the backend. I checked the server activity log and it shows that the user has watched other movies on other devices without any issues, though after they are done watching that movie (Mission impossible for example), it says they are playing this movie on that device without having a log stating they finished watching it.

I'm not really concerned about this as it does not appear to interfere with server performance, it's mostly just odd. Has anyone else had this issue?
