Luke 38322
What exactly happens when you try to play?

No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.” both of these clients do fine with other 4k HEVC movies. These movies did work in Plex on the same devices. They also work in infuse in the Apple TV. Happy to work with you to do any testing you need me to. Thank you! Does that make you believe it is a specific known issue?

No subtitles were in use in my tests, I tried this anyway and it did not work, it did however work in Chrome as Luke suggested. Wondering what that means. Thanks, but according to your the log they were supplied, and that option just delivers them differently. 02:17:16.941 Stream mapping: 02:17:16.941 Stream #0:0 (hevc) -> scale_vaapi:default (graph 0) 02:17:16.941 scale_vaapi:default (graph 0) -> Stream #0:0 (h264_vaapi) 02:17:16.941 Stream #0:1 -> #0:1 (dts (dca) -> aac (native)) 02:17:16.941 Stream #0:4 -> #1:0 (subrip (srt) -> webvtt (native)) 02:17:16.941 Stream #0:0 -> #1:1 (copy) 02:17:16.941 Stream #0:5 -> #2:0 (subrip (srt) -> webvtt (native)) 02:17:16.941 Stream #0:0 -> #2:1 (copy)
darkrom 1
Thanks, I’m trying to learn as I go as I’m just in general into this stuff as a hobby since I work in IT. As much as I prefer open source projects, the level of support I get here is why I ended up setting on this over JF. it’s really nice getting relatively fast responses to issues and a sense of “at least they are aware and working on it for the future.” While 98% of stuff just works as it should, it’s the handling of the 2% that makes me sure I made the correct choice leaving Plex and landing here.
