Paused and transcoding forever

A nearby friend is using a lower-end Samsung TV to watch Emby on my server.  The App Emby for Samsung 4.8.3.0 usually doesn't work (says no compatible stream) so the TV's web browser is being used.  The dashboard activity shows starting and finishing watching normally.  On the other hand, TV streaming seems to be paused forever.  FFmpeg keeps running and it fills the hard disk.  I set  "Live stream buffer size limit" to 2 hours but it doesn't help.

Killing ffmepg causes Emby to log this:

I'll try to catch it faster next time so I can.  The last event spanned several days so I don't know when it started.

It only seems to happen with the Samsung TV.

/transcoding-temp/3271916c8a4b4c0da8f9d55c5a8a59c1/ has two hours worth of .ts files and it's still going.  I don't see ffmpeg running but EmbyServer is using 20% CPU.

OK what's happening is that somehow two streams are getting requested. Maybe the play button is getting triggered twice?

Anyway, the second one never gets terminated by the server. We're looking into it. Thanks.
