UI does not adapt to 3D SBS format

First, I apologize if this topic already exists, but when I search for 3D, I get 0 results, probably due to a character limit.

When I watch 3D movies, for example, Avatar (2009) - 1080p.3D.hsbs.mkv
the user interface is not rendered twice, once for each eye, so it’s messed up on the TV with 3D mode engaged.
I have correctly set the HSBS tag in the metadata for this file.

In Kodi, the UI adapts to the 3D format.
Is this functionality missing in Emby, or am I doing something wrong?

Hi, what do you mean by not rendered twice?

I mean normally like other players do. Here is a quick mock-up I've done in photoshop:

Instead Emby does not switch the UI rendering and stays 2D like this:

HI, I don't understand. Why would you want to see two sets of controls?

It seems I may have mistakenly assumed that you were familiar with how SBS and TAB encoded videos are processed by 3D TVs.
It appears that Emby’s user interface may not yet be compatible with 3D displays as Kodi’s is.
Would you please move this discussion to the feature requests section.

Please find attached the photos of my TV, both before and after initiating the 3D processing. I hope these help clarify the situation.
If you have any other question regarding the implementation feel free to ask.

OK, then yes that's true. I guess our user interface is not 3D compatible at this time.

3D tv's stopped being made in 2016.  This is probably not a high priority as most of those tv's will be failing soon, and will be replaced with regular tv's.  Though with the uptick in VR headsets it might be pushed to higher priority..till that fad fades away.

Also, there are still Beamers made with 3D support.

And there are a lot of people (like me) that still enjoy watching there 3D BluRays n there 3D TVs. Sadly, Emby never had good 3D support (in fact, there's hardly any 3D support in Emby).
