bdiddy 1
Hi, I'm having a problem I can't seem to figure out... Running Emby Server for Windows 4.8.3.0 on subnet 192.168.0.0/24 I have 2 iphone 13's. One is on ios 17.3.1, the other is on IOS 17.4 When playing any media or liveTV, on the same network: ios 17.4 gets a play back error, ios 17.3.1 plays fine When playing any media or liveTV on different network (ex: 192.168.3.0/24 or from internet): ios 17.4 and ios 17.3.1 played fine! Is there something incompatible with ios 17.4 and emby server 4.8.3.0 being on the SAME NETWORK? Please give me a clue. Thanks!

Thanks! by the way... on my old server, I update to beta 4.9.0.8. IOS 17.4 continues to have problem. IOS 17.3.1 plays fine. But as soon as I put IOS 17.4 on a different subnet than embyserver - it magically plays!
Solution bdiddy 1 Posted March 8 Author Solution Share Posted March 8 (edited) Quick update to this: apparently all I needed to do was REBOOT the iphone after its 17.4 update. Never thought I had to do this ever before. IOS 17.4 plays fine on the same network as embyserver now. All is well with the universe.
