ginjaninja 537 Posted March 3 Share Posted March 3 more 1st world problems   7:31 est embyserver (2).txt Activity in log start server after deleting rock genre image refresh metadata (search for missing metadata) on rock genre a single album candidate is selected when there are many artists and many albums in rock genre, i think artists candidates are preferred in any case.  The other genre that goes wrong for me is Ambient which again uses 1 album image when there are plenty of artist/album images.  i presume this is related to why the library image generator goes 'wrong'...it duplicates an album image and chooses the albums which make up the dodgy genre images (bit of a coincidence)...it seems something is giving these two albums a massive overriding weight in candidate selection.  Cant tell what the pattern is...wild unsubstantiated guess "some artists/albums in scope have special characters"    Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
