app.mediabrowser.tv login issue

All,

 

I created another account msattler on here.  After setting the account up, as well as password, and associating my MB3 Server account to the local account, the login would still fail on app.mediabrowser.tv.

 

I then click on the forgotten password link on app.mediabrowser.tv, and once I get the password via email, I can log into app.mediabrowser.tv.

 

I then try and change my password on the forum, which is successful, and after that I cannot login to app.mediabrowser.tv.

 

Is there a specific way to do this?

 

Can the app.mediabrowser.tv site not use passwords with special chars?

It appears once I dropped ! from my password it works?

Yes there is currently a problem with special characters in passwords that we need to address in all of the clients.  The hosted web client should be one of the first to be fixed though.

it should be resolved now. you might have to refresh the login page in the browser.

Works now!  For those who have issues make sure you refresh, or clear your browser cache.
