Cannot see media folder cover art on TV, only on computer

I have Emby Premier server running of a spare Linux machine and it works fine but there's one glitch. I have some movies grouped together into folders. For instance, I have a folder called "Chinese Classics" (pic1). Inside is a set of sub folders, one for each of the 4 movies. If I use the web interface to view the folder itself, the cover art for the folder show the cover of one of the sub folders (pic2). When I use Emby from my smart TV,  however, the folder does not show a picture, but instead the generic folder icon. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Why is this topic posted under Android server forum?

HI, in addition to those questions, what Emby app version number is on the TV?

Sorry, I meant to put it under Linux server. If someone could move it I would appreciate it. Emby app version on the TCL Android Smart TV is 2.0.98g.

You can sideload standard Android client app and check how does that compare (you should see same as in your Web app):

Emby for Android - Emby

Also, I just tried the Emby app on my Samsung A52G (Android) and it also shows the graphic from pic1 instead of the folder icon showing on the TV.

And/or it is also resolved in the next update to Emby for Android TV. Thanks.

I sideloaded the Emby Android app and that seems to have solved the issue. Thanks!
