Duplicate Keep voices langage & subtitle langage between episodes

Hello there !

Maybe I did not find a config somewhere, but is there a way of having a global preference regarding langages & subtitles languages, and also, is there a way to keep the same setting between all the episodes of the same tv show ?

Flow : 

- I watch the first episode of a TV show

- I setup my languages preferences for subtitle and voices

- I go to next episodes, they are not kept

- Same for a further episode when i will add it

 

The trouble :

- Open emby

- Launch an episode

- Realize the language is wrong

- Changing it : somes lags occurs (because my android tv is old)
