Won't Play some videos.

So, I tried Playing the new series Death in paradise on Tizen app and won't play, it plays everything else.  I went to Fire TV app and it plays new season just fine.  Any Idea's

Well, I was just letting it spin and spin and spin waiting for it to pop up a reason and it started playing exited back out and back in did the same thing, so it plays.  Eventually   

But weird on Firestick Pops right up no spinning
