Emby App No Posters

I've been trying to read about this all over the community but nothing mentioned seems to solve my problem. 

My router doesn't have ipv6 enabled which I've seen could be the cause of an issue. 

Basically, if I use Chrome on my laptop for example, I can access Emby and all the posters and actors images and everything load fine. 

On my TV via the Fire Stick and the app, none of those same things loads. Media plays fine but the posters etc are missing. 

I have just submitted logs via the app if it helps but can do again.
