Why do I have one embyserver-backup-full on 4.8.1.0?

You can see on Feb 24, one backup has that name. Then, for future dates (and even the same date) they are called Emby Server Databases. Before installing 4.8, they were Emby Backup. 

But why is there exactly one embyserver-backup-full? How is it different and what schedule would that run on? Since there's only one and it's not nightly?

I don't see where this answer my question. SInce being on 4.8, I have 2 different folder names for the backups:

embyserver-backup-full, I have only ONE of these, it is not running nightly as it only exists on Feb 24.

Emby Server Databases, I have one of these each night, so, Feb 24, 25, 26

Why only one embyserver-full-backup? And why 2 at the same time on Feb 24 as shown?

That is covered in the topic that I linked to. There is only one full backup now.

It sort of does, but it sort of doesn't. I now see when looking into the backup folders that you are updating the "full backup" each night. So, if series timers or whatever changes, it will always be current.

It's too big and takes too long to keep more than one.

You can configure the backup process to capture extra database copies if you wish, since that's the most important thing anyway.

Well, too big is all relative of course. Mine is 154M, I have something like 60TB free, lol. I can imagine with all options selected and tens of thousands of video files, it could be much much bigger, yes. Not a big deal as if I want a versioned backup, I just have to backup the backup which I do anyway. Incrementals will only copy changed files anyway.
