qinyuyaoluo 0
Hi, I haven't been able to edit images on my Emby for a long time. I thought it was a problem with the beta version, so today I reinstalled version 4.8.1, but it still doesn't work. I used to be able to edit images without any issues. The current situation is that I can identify movies and view the recognized movie images normally. However, when I try to edit the images, I can't view them anymore. The same problem occurs when editing actor images. Here is the log information. Thank you for your help. This issue has been bothering me for a long time. embyserver (1).txt hardware_detection-63844468863 (1).txt
Luke 37094
Hi, your requests to Movie Db images are timing out and failing. Typical causes of this are firewall, security software or VPN. Can you look into those and let us know what you find? Thanks.

I haven't set up any security software or VPN tools either. Can you guide me on what to do?
Luke 37094
Are you using any kind of custom DNS? That would also cause it. You could also try turning off ipv6 in your router.

You could also try turning off ipv6 in your router. I did not use custom DNS, and I do not have IPv6. However, my local network is a secondary router, and both routers are physical machines. The main router is 192.168.100.1. I set the secondary router as the DMZ host in the main router, and the secondary router's IP address is 192.168.2.1. Then I set up port forwarding on the secondary router to expose Emby to the Internet. But this should not affect Emby's ability to fetch image information, right? I can access image.tmdb.org on my NAS, but Emby itself keeps timing out. I am at a loss for what to do.

qinyuyaoluo 0
I have already done my best. I am not a professional technician, and I don't know how to use packet capture software. Currently, I don't have any means to assist me in further research, so I give up. That's it. Edited February 29 by qinyuyaoluo
