As for the issue It is a little work as the scroll chunks are the issue forcing one to scroll select scroll some more select and so on. As the cardbuild does chunks of 50. Just need your userid and the library parentid. or create a bat/cmd file to run against your libraries you want reset depending on how often you do this.
