I am using Synology DS1621+, System DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 4

I am upgrading to EMBY4.8.1.0 on Synology DS1621+and currently have the following issues.

1. Playing 4K videos using the latest version of mobile apps, transcoding is not possible, streaming can be played, but sometimes 4K videos can be played, but it takes a long time to open.

2. Using the latest version of the mobile app to play 8K videos, transcoding and streaming cannot play videos. 3. However, I can play 4K and 8K movies on my computer using a browser. 4. When using transcoding on my phone or computer to play all 1080P videos, the opening speed is much slower compared to 4.7.14,


But when I use 4.7.14, the mobile app can play 4K and 8K videos when transcoding, and they are all the same video

@QIQI123456are these logs truncated? Can you please attach the complete log files rather than snippets? Thanks.
