PlayingItems API changes + small bug

OK just to help confirm a theory I have, if you limit the pre-caching so that it's only occurring near the end of the previous song, how does that compare? Specifically I mean under one minute. Thanks.

I can't really test under 1 minute as it would require a huge refactor for all the devices I have.

But without pre cache so only caching after the song have already played a lot, this is the same the second it start to load the next song the media disapear from the dashboard and won't be visible when the second item starts playing.

The dashboard also bugs.

It reports that I finish playing the first song at the moment I start loading the next, but no I did not stop nor send any event about that.
