iOS Client Connectivity Issues

I have purchased a lifetime Emby Premiere subscription and have successfully deployed Emby on my Synology NAS, entering the valid license key.

While the web version works seamlessly with all member features, I am experiencing issues with the iOS clients on both my iPhone and iPad. After clicking on "Save Key," the app shows that my Emby Premiere key has been updated. However, the loading circle continues to spin indefinitely, and I am unable to access any of the premium features. Whenever I try to play a video, it prompts me to purchase a subscription despite having already done so.

the app on my iOS device where it is not functioning properly despite being able to access and use the service normally through the web browser on the same device. Additionally, I am able to open mb3admin.com in the browser without any issues. If this problem is due to the app being unable to establish a connection to the server located at mb3admin.com, could you please provide me with guidance on how to resolve it?

hi, you don't need to do this on every app and device. Why not just configure your emby premiere key using the emby web app?
