How to buy the emby app on Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4K Max?

Hi I would like to purchase unlocking the (non-subscription) Emby app for Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4K Max, but every time I try, it gives me a "billing service unavailable on device" message and won't unlock the app.
How can I proceed.

I am Italian and the Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4K Max is located in Italy.

Hi, I did, I contacted Amazon explaining the problem, and they say the problem is in the application.

If I could know the procedure/configuration in both the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, and on the sample Amazon account, maybe I missed some steps in either one.

I also sent an email to billingsupport@emby.media, explaining the problem, but they haven't replied yet.

Please check your spam as they replied a couple of days ago.

In any case, that message you are seeing is coming from the Amazon device, not our app.  The times we've seen this in the past it has been because the device is logged into a restricted profile (like a kids account) or is a device that was sourced from a different region from where it is running.  Are you using a VPN to mask your location?
