It is shown in play history but I think I know the issue and it is not related to the playlist and if not this issue is solved. Shortly after posing the original question I noticed a setting under: Playback -- Enable 'Are You Still Watching?' prompt I unchecked this, if I don't respond to this thread again then the issue was the watching prompt.
