Luke 37133
Hi, is something wrong?
justinrh 175
Uh, yes, thus the report. I guess I should have added that the guide says Circle instead of the actual THE365.
ebr 14939
Hi. When did the change occur?
justinrh 175
Not sure, but probably in the past couple of weeks, or maybe since the 1st. I just noticed it on another guide service I use, but I don't know when it got the update or when the channel actually changed. And just to head off any confusion, it looks like the local station WAFF white-labeled the channel as "WAFF365", but the network is THE365. ebr 14939
Usually these get corrected after a few days. We have passed it on to the provider.
justinrh 175
Update: It looks like the THE365 schedule is being used, but the icon and network name is still Circle. 50% fixed.
ebr 14939
I wonder if that is a caching issue. Can you try removing and re-adding the channel mapping?
justinrh 175
If I do that, will my faves, show/hide states, and custom ordering get messed up?
ebr 14939
Don't remove the channel, just the mapping to the guide data and then put it back.
justinrh 175
Sorry for being dunce but I can't follow you. Are you asking me to delete X in the pic? And if I do that and add it back, all the customizations in the circle will not be lost?
ebr 14939
Hi. No. I want you to just change the mapping for that one channel. Go to that Channels tab and click on the "..." next to that channel. Now remove the guide data mapping or map it to some other channel temporarily, save, run a guide refresh. Then go back and put the mapping back correct again, save and run another guide refresh. Does that get the right logo for the channel?
justinrh 175
Interesting - I didn't know guide mapping could be per channel. I did what you said. Refresh automatically kicks off after Save, but I refreshed again anyway. No change, it still says Circle.
Luke 37133
Does it have the right guide data now?
justinrh 175
No. Was something supposed to have changed since Thursday?

Wait, didn't you say it DID have the right guide data that only the icon was wrong?
justinrh 175
Yes, that's right. I did not answer Luke correctly. I was thinking of the progression of this issue (how only the network name/icon was still incorrect) when he asked. The data appears to be correct. Sorry about that confusion. ebr 14939
Do you have a test server or any way you could spin one up on a portable install to see if a fresh install of the tuner/guide syncs up the proper image?
