No server when logging in

Hi i joined back in september but had issues logging in on my tv. I had to sign in with emby connect for it to work but once done that it worked for a day. Came back to try it and it had logged me out and said user/password incorrect.

Ive just reset my password and can log in, however when im on my tv theres no server 

Not sure if ive messed it up logging in on my phone to get it to work on my tv or not but was wondering how to fix if possible?

When i clicked add server and put the IP address in it didnt work. Unless theres another way to add a server?

I tried putting the url in and also the IP address. 

Connection failure when i enter them both.

That’s not your server address. That’s just an example address. 
 

are you trying to connect to your own Emby server, or someone else’s?

Honestly im not really sure.

Probably somebody elses. Last time i had it set up was with emby connect so i didnt have to enter the details etc.

If it’s someone else’s server then you need to ask them what to enter.

Ah right okay cheers.

It says once i have my emby connect set up i can pass it to an admin and they can set a server up?

I believe when i origionally had it set up an admin set it up for me?

OK, then do you have a server address, username and password to use? If you don't have that information then you'll need to contact the owner of the server that you're trying to connect to.
