The issue also happens on my Pixel 8 Pro (which I sideloaded today with the most recent android app). I do not experience buffering/stuttering when watching content via the browser. The server is a docker container running on an ubuntu server. I sent the log from my Nvidia Shield TV Pro on December 26 at approximately 2pm Eastern. I am currently serving abroad -- my server is in the United States, and the client is in Europe. This appears to be a VPN issue, so I'll dig into that a bit.
