server setup not getting past first page

I have just completed a fresh install of Win7 on my HTPC and am trying to setup Media Browser.

I have downloaded Windows Server (v3.0.5395.0) and Browser Classic for WMC (v3.0.224).

The problem I have is that when I try to set up the server, I can't select a language to start. The drop down box is empty and it won't let me advance without it.

Screenshot attached.

My log file is attached, however after a quick look, I notice that it is reading my Windows 7 Home Premium installation as Windows NT??????

Don't know if this is adding to the confusion or not?

Please help, because the previous version I used on my earlier system (with configurator) was amazing.

This latest version with separate server program, is annoying me right off the bat and I haven't even been able to get in and play with it.

I'm sure once I get in, my opinion will change.

Thanks in advance

"Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7600.0" is the same as Windows 7. :)

What version of IE is that? Did you also tried it with chrome? Or another browser?

Thanks guys

I forgot how old the Windows install disc was.

Did a ****load of updates and voila, she's alive.

Still playing with Themes and reconfiguring my Harmony remote (some functions have been lost somehow), but so far, so good

No Sven

IE8 was included with the Win7 install DVD.
