Live TV Missing

Oddly enough, all my channels have gone missing, yet, in the front-end they all still show and play properly... there's just no guide for them.

It's: MYSERVER:8096/web/index.html#!/livetvsetup/channels 

My server is a 10core i5 with 16G ram.  Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Attached are screenshots and the logs.

Let me know if I can give anymore info.

Hi, try going into each of your guide data sources and clicking save on the config screen. Please note while doing that you may have to reconfigure the lineup. Please let us know if this resolves the issue. Thanks.

Ok so i looked into this and i think this is because all of my USA map guides from emby were unset? all my canadian ones were okay.

you need to find which guide source was unset and just set it back and save your config.

Interesting....  did they get updated recently?  It does look like this is going to work... it's taking a little time to refresh, but the channels are all listed now in admin 'Channels' section.   Any chance we can get the same labels that are in those selection drop-downs here? (eventually... i mean, it's not a big deal, just a "nice to have" ;) )

Hi, please try going into guide data setup for your Emby Guide Data and click save on it. You may need to reselect the lineup if the one you previously had is no longer available. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

Unfortunately our guide data provider, Gracenote, has updated many of their lineups, and they did it in such a way that they deleted the existing ones and created new ones in their place.

That's why you need to reconfigure it. It's not affecting everyone, but it is affecting a decent number of people. We have complained to them pretty hard about this so hopefully it doesn't happen again. Thanks.
