Samsung Smart TV downloading app issue

Hi,

So I've just gone to try and download the Emby app on my smart TV store and when I go to select it, it pops up with "This app doesn't support your TV"

Can anyone help me?

What version do you see available in the Samsung store for download?

What model TV do you have?

It shouldn't even show you a version which isn't compatible.

I can't see a version or anything, it just has the Emby icon and says 'Emby - Video'

Can you post a photo of the app page in the store?

No information pops up and the error happens when I select the app.

What country are you in? Are you using the App Store for your country, or have you changed the region for the App Store? Check that the TV main settings also have the correct region?  Are you trying to connect through a VPN that is in another region?

I think this error occurs if it detects that the app is not enabled for your region, so you need to check that all of the things are correct.
