Notifications: Failed Login Attempts and Login from a new device.

These would be nice to have, for an admin keeping an eye on things. Ensuring whatever new device is permitted and failed logins aren't someone trying to brute force their way in, or just noticing a user locked out and too shy to ask for help (been in this situation a few times now).

Hi, yes the 4.8 notification system will have a failed login attempt notification.
