sjkiss 21
Hi there, I have a QNAP NAS 251 with a 64 bit Intel processor. I have downloaded the package from the QNAP section, and installed it manually. It seems to install properly, but then when I open it it just hangs here (see attached) I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it's the same problem. Any suggestions? Luke 37100
Hi, can you try clearing browsing data and seeing if that helps?
sjkiss 21
I cleared the cached images, files and the cookies but no effect. Any other suggestions? I tried with Safari as well and no luck there.

sjkiss 21
How do I get to the /share/CACHEDEV folder? I am on Mac OS and Emby is stored on a QNAP NAS. I can’t figure out how to land there in terminal or finder. Thanks. Edited December 16, 2023 by sjkiss More clarity
sjkiss 21
K., I have found the folder in Terminal by accessing via SSH This was very helpful. I see these logs, but I don't know how to access them (e.g. copy them to my desktop or upload here or open them to grab a screenshot.)
sjkiss 21
OK this is the most recent file. What is weird is that it is showing Emby application version 4.7.8. Not the one that I upgraded to. But this is from the end of the day when I had tried upgrading the app.
Solution Luke 37100 Posted December 16, 2023 Solution Share Posted December 16, 2023 Try shutting down Emby Server, installing the latest version from our website on top of your existing version, and then rebooting the NAS. Please see if that helps. Thanks.
