Hardware decoder problem

Hi,

I have activated hardware decoder on my rpi 4b aarch64 64bit bullseye. I normally do not see hardware codec symbol while watching something but today I saw it when I try to watch a new movie. It used hardware decoder but output was too bad. If i disable hardware decoder, video runs without any problem with software decoder. I also do not why I have only 1 hardware decoder/encoder.. can you help me on this?

Thank you!

Result is same.

But what I did is I re-installed 32bit instead of 64bit. I choose mmal encoder/decoders this time. It worked without any problem. I do not have those options on 64bit, only v4l2 decoder available. I have installed latest ffmpeg from git but no new option appeared at menu. 64 bit os painful on emby, I have to use software encoder/decoder even I bought lifetime subscription..

Can you please attach log file examples from that? Thanks.
