Lately, I installed a second server at home and hired a new plan of 25 devices for this new server. Surprisingly, When I recieved this new key by email, I realised that It was the same for both servers. Any ideas? Why do I recieve the same key for both servers? Solution ebr 14959 Posted December 8, 2023 Solution Share Posted December 8, 2023 Hi. Since we don't force you to create an account, the only information we have is an email address. So you cannot have two subscriptions on the same email. Please email billingsupport@emby.media (you can just reply to the key email) and provide details and they can help you. Thanks.
