Why there is no .nfo file and cover.jpg file in my media folder?

I created an EMBY server through docker on Qnap and enabled the Premiere license.

When I created the TV library and scanned the folder, it successfully created the files under the folder, just like the image-1.

But then I created the Movie library and scanned it. It has the info on the web page, but no .nfo or .jpg file under the folder.

I checked the permission and ensured the folder's access level had chmod 777. Why did that happen and how could I make EMBY create these files? Thank you very much!

You can post server log as any (permission) issue should show there.

The server log from when that movie was imported. If you don't have that anymore, then just open the metadata editor for that title, click save, then attach the emby server log. Thanks.
