Raspberry pi 5 transcoding

Hi emby users and emby team,

 

Would it be possible to add support for bookworm decoding on raspberry pi 5?
It seems it recognises the encoder, but not the decoder.

my understanding is pi5 has had hardware decoding for AVC (H.264) "removed" but it does look like it has HEVC (H.265) hardware decoding.

So it looks llike the only hardware acceleration you are going to get on a Pi5 at all will be HEVC (H.265) decoding.
