TopSideControl 11 Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 I was running 1.2.6 from the Samsung store but replaced it with the 1.5.3 client followed by the 1.6.6 release as both started having issue listed above. With 4K HDR content I was getting green & purple colours across the entire screen. Stuttering when playing certain 4K & HD content, along with pixelation & artifacts. I was initially blaming the content but as a test I reverted back to 1.2.6 and so far videos are playing fine again. All data is played direct with no transcoding. My TV model is UE55MU6100K I'm unsure what logs to provide to assist with investigating further. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
