Cannot login into my main User Account on Emby - moved to synology

Hi Admin,

I seem to have lost access to my main User account when I login into Emby. I can access my "sons" account but that has age restrictions and therefore am unable view all content.

Appreciate any help.

Hi there,

 

When I'm on the "Please Sign In" screen, I can see only my son's user account. When I click on "Manual Login" and enter the username and password for my account I get a pop up saying " Sign In Error - Invalid username or password. Please Try Again."

I've tried the "forgot password" path - and embed tells me its sent a txt file to Volume1/ Synology - but I Cann't find the embryo folder on my server either where it should be.

HI @RupsEmbydid you follow the procedure here to access that folder?
