Posters of films that are above the age restriction are shown

This applies to the iOS App, Emby Theater on Windows as well as the browser view. The only workaround I found is to use the "Small Media View", so that it only states "Movies", "Shows" with no poster art. Age restriction is set to 6 years (for my kids).

It applies to all client apps, library images are auto-generated from content across all the libraries/content, irrespective of user access controls (folder/parental rating/tag).

You can delete existing image and it'll be regenerated with different set of images upon next library scan OR you can assign custom image (which would be your safest bet), lots of templates/examples in Fan Art & Videos forum section.
