Release version on the Amazon skills categolue What time you got the error message. If you are unsure, try to recreate the bug and include the time. when i speak/type a command i get the error "Sorry, i'm having trouble accessing your Emby skill right now" Which language you are using: English US, English UK, etc. English (GB) A description of the problem you are experiencing. What did you say exactly, what Alexa think you said and the behavior you expected. I am an Emby premium user and i have my installation on a raspberry pi. I setup my emby connect account and have connected to the amazon skill successfully. hatharry 85 Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 Thanks for the details. Looking at the logs, your Emby server public port is set incorrectly. Currently it is "http://emby.xxxxx.xx:8096/emby" which does not resolve externally. Server cannot process request. Tap / Routine / Type with Alexa:‘ask m. b. home to play some music’ ‘Bad Request. The Google home 'test emby remote' on the otherhand is connected but not accepting any of my commands on Google home speaker https://emby.media/support/articles/Google-Home.html?q=google thoughts?
