I can bring up a menu when right clicking on the sidebar icons on web and I feel like I used to be able to do this also on the windows client but for the last week or so it hasn't been working. (I can still bring it up on the web client). I've tried reinstalling, restarting, changing display modes, logging in and out, etc with no luck. It's a real pain in the ass having to go all the way to the Library menu option within the setting menu just to scan the library.
