aletomic 2 Posted October 29, 2023 Share Posted October 29, 2023 Sorry, I'm looking to understand if this is a normal amount of Emby RAM usage in an idle state. It seems to have multiple parellel process of 369MB consulting htop. In the Proxmox status I see something around 427MB. Do I need to give this server/LXC more RAM? It has 2GB of RAM for it. And yes, that usage is a normal amount and you can expect Emby to use more when streaming and transcoding single sessions and even more when multiple sessions are active.
