A suggestion for identifying artist fields in song labels

Currently only artists within artists use ";" The symbol separation is only recognized as two separate artists in EMBY's artist list.
However, the vast majority of MB websites use the "&" symbol
When using other software to call MB's database to modify the song label, it causes 2 different artists with the ampersand symbol to appear as one.
Want to increase the recognition of the "&" symbol.

Hi, this isn't a safe separator because some artists have & in their name.

However, the default "&" separation is used on MB websites. What should I do?

You should use artist1;artist2 in the tagged metadata in your audio files.

So I'll have to edit it again manually。。。。。

Can you give an example?

What kind of example does this need...
MB sites default to using & delimiting artists... The default ampersand separation is used when adding a second artist to a song on the MB site. Unless manually edited for other symbols, but I have not seen anyone else edited for other symbols

Even the first time I downloaded music, I used the ampersand symbol. Because of this problem, I manually edited all my local music, but the last two days I used other tools to match labels, and they became ampersand again.(包括我初次下载的音乐,都是使用的“&”这个符号,就因为这个问题,我曾手动编辑过一遍我所有的本地音乐,但前两天我使用过其他匹配标签的工具,他们又变成了“&”)

That's just the website. That doesn't mean your audio files have to use & as a separator. And they shouldn't, because then what happens when an artist has & in their name?

I mean if you use the tag editing tool to match, they will automatically become "&"

Hi

Looks like you are referencing MusicBrainz. In Picard their tagging program. You can choose the "separator" for multiple tags. See below..
