Hello, as I wrote above, I have problems playing some private videos. If you always get an error message that the file cannot be played, contact an administrator. Attach a picture where you can see the data. Does anyone know whether Emby generally cannot play .TS files or what could be the reason? Thank you

PS: - Embyserver runs on a Synology 414 (see picture 1)

- I can play the file in VLC Player on the Windows PC 11 Pro without any problems.

- on the PC in Chrome I open Emby and try to play the file. However, the above error message appears
