BurkhardK 0 Posted October 5, 2023 Share Posted October 5, 2023 Hallo, ich habe die App für FireTV installiert, kann mich über EmbyConnect korrekt mit dem Server verbinden, aber die Benutzereingabe scheitert. Fehlermeldung: Ungültiger Benutzername oder Kennwort. Benutzername und Kennwort sind definitiv korrekt, die Anmeldung am PC (Browser oder App) funktioniertmit diesen Daten. Ich habe zum Testen einen neuen Benutzer angelegt, gleiche Fehlermeldung. Ich bin jetzt ratlos. Wer hat eine Idee, was da schief läuft? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you use Connect you don't input a user, it just takes you right into the proper user the Connect account is tied to. Are you saying Connect works but manual doesn't? Please try removing the Connect email from the user on the server and saving and then re-enter it and save again. Re-accept the link via email and then see if ti works properly.
