KimberlyDC 3 Posted October 4, 2023 Posted October 4, 2023 Ik vraag mezelf af hoe het komt dat we hier thuis beide Emby hebben met dezelfde inhoud en opties, maar dat er een andere versie online gedownload kan worden met andere opties? Misschien een stomme vraag, maar we komen er hier niet uit... Zoals op de afbeelding te zien is de online (van een website) gedownloade versie 3.0.20 en dit gewoon op Windows en wat we altijd hebben gebruikt is Emby die geïnstalleerd staat op onze Nas dat deze de extra opties zoals bvb.: Cec niet heeft....

You can't have client app installed on your NAS - you can only install server. How are you connecting to it? Web app or some TV client app?

I don't know them all. It is Emby Server we have installed!

It is Emby Server we have installed! Correct. And depending from which client app and from which platform you're connecting to it - you'll have different capabilities/options. Majority of those oprions will be same, though some client apps might have slight differences, as you've discovered yourself. 1
