Can't select a lineup and Unable to add Guide Data Source

I have some sources set up already. However, I ran into this problem while editing them. In short, I can't select the lineup when editing a guide data source. 

I have tried to create a new source, and get the same error. 

I've restarted emby, as well as my server, without any change.

 

Logs show the error clearly.
