Emby Server on Android phone is having playback issue

I installed Emby server on Android phone, I have allowed all access to storage on my phone. But when I try to access it over localhost or over the IP of the phone over network it does not play and provide the following error.

I tried restarting the emby server multiple times and still it does not play, I have checked in the Emby logs but could not understand much attaching the same for your reference. Please help me with this issue on my Emby server on Android phone.

Please let me know if any other logs are required.
